Our refund policy is valid for 30 days only, from the actual time of purchase on receipt. Refund is not available thereafter.
Your purchase is only refundable if it meets these criteria; It must be in the same condition as originally purchased, unused, and in its original package.
Goods exempt from being returned include;
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
Intimate or sanitary goods. Hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a refund.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain instances where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Items which show damage or wear and tear, being not in original condition and that is returned 30 days after delivery

You will receive a confirmation email once we have received your return item. We will then notify you, upon inspection, of approval or rejection. Should item be approved then your refund will be processed with credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps;
Contact your credit card company, and allow for transaction processing
Contact your bank. Allow for processing time.

Sale items (if applicable)
Our regular priced items only are refundable. Special Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items which are defective or damaged on delivery. To exchange it for the same item, we will need to initially receive the damaged or defective product. Please send us an email to notify your request at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was tagged as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t tagged as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note, shipping costs for returning your item will be your responsibility. . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If receiving a refund the shipping costs will be deducted from that refund. This will vary , depending on duration of time and where you live.
